To provide our live stock (Live Goats, Country Chickens / Naatu Kozhi) and fresh catch (Freshwater Lake Fish) ordering and delivery services, we collect information in the following ways:

- Device Data: Operating system version, device model, and unique app instance identifiers.

- Order Processing & Delivery: To verify live animal weight, schedule delivery slots, and deliver products directly to your specified delivery address.
- Account Authentication: To send OTP verification codes to confirm identity and secure your account.

3Payment Processing & Financial Data
We integrate with Razorpay Payment Gateway for processing online payments (UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking).
Lishi Kivi Store does not collect, store, or view sensitive card details, CVVs, or Net Banking credentials. All financial transactions are directly processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant secure servers using SSL encryption.
4Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our app and delivering services:
- Delivery Logistics Partners: Delivery agent personnel receive your name, address, and phone number to complete live stock order deliveries.
- Payment Gateway (Razorpay): Transaction details are shared to authorize payments and handle refunds.
- Cloud Infrastructure (Vercel): Web hosting and database servers to safely store order histories.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable laws, court orders, or government regulations.
5Data Retention & Account Deletion Requests
We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services, fulfill legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
How to Request Account & Data Deletion:
You have the right to request deletion of your personal account and associated data at any time.

- Include your registered phone number and name in the email body.
- Our privacy team will process and permanently remove your personal records within 7 business days.

Our app and website are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take immediate steps to delete such data from our servers.
