By accessing or using the Lishi Kivi Store application or the lishikivi.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

• Live Weight Pricing: Live Goats and Country Chickens are priced and billed strictly based on live weight at the time of dispatch or weighing.
• Freshwater Fish: All fish sold are freshwater lake/pond catch. Pricing is displayed per kilogram.
• Prices are subject to seasonal market changes and farm availability. Final prices will be verified upon order confirmation.

3. Delivery & Service Areas

Deliveries are restricted to valid service pincodes in designated districts. Delivery slots selected during checkout are approximate times based on live stock dispatch schedules.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact details and address. Accounts with false information or fraudulent activity may be suspended without notice.
