Perishable & Live Stock Policy Notice
Due to the perishable nature of live farm stock (Goats, Naatu Kozhi) and fresh lake catch, returns are accepted strictly at the time of delivery upon physical inspection.
1. Delivery Inspection & Rejection
Customers are required to inspect live animals and fresh fish upon arrival at the delivery address. If the delivered stock is unwell, damaged, or does not match the confirmed order specifications, you may reject the item immediately at the door.
2. Refund Processing
For prepaid online orders via Razorpay that are cancelled prior to dispatch or rejected at delivery:
- Refunds are initiated back to the original payment source (UPI / Card / Net Banking).
- Processing time is 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank network.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery slot by calling support at +91 8148881297 / +91 9884575043.
